The Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is designed to help relieve discomfort caused by leg length differences. It may help reduce lower back pain, hip pain, and knee pain. It can also provide support for certain foot and ankle conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and Achilles tendonitis.
The heel lift contains three removable layers, each about 1/8 inch thick. You can remove or add layers to customize the lift height, allowing adjustment up to approximately ½ inch depending on your comfort and support needs.
The lift is made with extra-firm open-cell foam rubber layers for cushioning and durability. The top is covered with suede leather, which helps provide comfort and helps keep the lift in place inside the shoe.
The Small size is designed to fit comfortably in most shoes such as sneakers, casual shoes, and dress shoes. However, shoes with removable insoles or deeper heel areas usually provide the best fit and comfort.
This product includes one (1) Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift in Small size. It can be used in one shoe as needed to help correct leg length imbalance.
